RSEI Consultants Ltd is an award-winning electrical consulting engineering company that specializes in lighting design.  The company includes current and past Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Section Presidents.  Tracey McDade holds a Lighting Certified (LC) designation through the National Council for Qualifications for Lighting Professions (NCQLP) and has presented numerous technical papers at various North American conferences related to the effects of quality light and has taught courses on lighting.
